Calculator inputs you enter (e.g., costs, miles). Where possible these stay in your browser; we only store them server-side if you create an account or save a calculation.
Account info if you sign up (email, and payment details handled by our processor — we never store card numbers).
Usage analytics (pages, events, approximate location, device) via privacy-respecting analytics.
Lane-rate contributions you choose to submit, stored in anonymized/aggregated form.

How we use it

To run and improve the tools, provide saved data and benchmarks, send email you opt into, process payments, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

We only send marketing email with your consent, always identify ourselves, and include an unsubscribe link in every message; we honor opt-outs promptly, consistent with Canada's CASL and the US CAN-SPAM Act.
