Acceptance

By using TruckMargin you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

The service

TruckMargin provides calculators, content, and (for subscribers) saved data, benchmarks, and premium features. Free tools are offered as-is; paid features are described at checkout.

Estimates, not advice

All outputs are estimates for planning only and are not financial, tax, legal, or business advice. See our About · Disclaimer. You are responsible for verifying figures.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for accurate information. Don't misuse the service, scrape at scale, submit false lane-rate data, or attempt to manipulate benchmarks.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans bill on a recurring basis via our payment processor until cancelled. The price, currency and billing interval are shown before purchase. You can cancel future renewals through the billing controls in your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. If you cannot access those controls, contact hello@truckmargin.com for help. Prices may change with notice. Applicable taxes may be added.

Refunds

Subscription payments, including renewals, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not offer discretionary refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund a payment already made. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights. Contact hello@truckmargin.com about a billing error or a refund required by law.

User contributions

If you submit lane-rate or other data, you grant us a license to use it in anonymized and aggregated form to power benchmarks and features.

Sponsorships

Vendor sponsorships and listings are labeled. We are not responsible for third-party products or services; transactions with vendors are between you and them.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckMargin is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the tools. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This choice does not limit mandatory rights or protections that apply where you live.
