See the assumptions

120 total miles × $0.85 vehicle running cost = $102. Eight stops at 15 minutes each, three hours driving, and one hour loading/closeout total six hours × $30 owner pay = $180. Allocated daily overhead is $100, with $18 in route fees. Revenue stays at $500. Extra waiting adds one hour; extra travel adds 30 miles and 45 minutes. Daily overhead stays fixed within this one working day.

Pro includes up to 20 truck profiles, 500 jobs and 4,000 saved revisions per account, plus access to older manual records. Archived records count toward storage. Limits stop new saves rather than removing old records. Read and export access remains available without an active subscription.

Do the free tools stay free?

Yes — forever. The cost-per-mile calculator, load-profit checker, IFTA, per-diem, diesel and lane-rate tools are all free. Pro adds saved cost profiles, job quotes, actual-result comparisons and exports.

Can I cancel?

Open Manage subscription in the dashboard to manage billing or cancel future renewals through Stripe. Read and export access to saved records remains available without an active subscription. Is my data private?
